  • Advised on the merger of several companies across diverse sectors, including mobile communications, fashion, food and beverages, and insurance.
  • Advised on a securitization transaction involving approximately ₦5.6 billion in mortgage refinancing on a full-recourse basis.
  • Advised a syndicate of lenders on the financing and refinancing of a major real estate asset in Eastern Nigeria.
  • Advised on an irrevocable and unconditional US$600 million Federal Government Guarantee Bond issuance for the manufacturing and textile industries.
  • Advised on the issuance of enrolment debenture instruments to support funding in Nigeria’s education sector.
  • Advised on a multi-jurisdictional private placement raising over US$50 million for the development of oil and gas assets.
  • Provided specialized training to the legal department of a top-tier bank on contingent liability governance, risk mitigation, and deployment.
  • Collaborated with the Central Bank of Nigeria to design a pioneering securitization model aimed at unlocking dead capital in Nigeria through mortgage-backed securities.
