Kelly Mogbo is a distinguished legal professional and thought leader who  specializes in Information and Communication Technology, Corporate Structuring, Finance & Secured Credit Transactions, and Tax. He has authored numerous articles on tax, business operations in Nigeria, and the natural gas industry.

Kelly’s professional affiliations include membership in the Nigerian Bar Association, the Nigerian Conflict Management Group (NCMG), and Nigeria’s Financial System Strategy (FSS 2020) team under the Central Bank of Nigeria.
