She has built a reputation as a trusted legal advisor to leading regional and international clients across industries, including telecommunications, technology, media, and entertainment.

Ngozi began her career at Jackson, Etti & Edu, where she ascended to become Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property Department, leading the firm’s award-winning IP practice. She pioneered the Intellectual Property Transactions (Commercial IP) and Data Privacy practice areas and was the inaugural Sector Head of the firm’s Technology, Media & Entertainment sector.
